Doron Sagman M.D.

Dr. Doron Sagman serves as Neumora’s Chief Medical Officer, where he leads clinical development strategy across Neumora’s portfolio. He brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in neuroscience clinical development, regulatory strategy  and medical affairs. Prior to joining Neumora, he held senior leadership roles at Eli Lilly Canada (2003–2021), including Vice President of R&D/Medical Affairs and Senior Medical Director, before becoming Chief Medical Officer at Mind Cure Health (2021–2022). He also serves as President of Arel Biopharma Consulting Inc., where he advises emerging biotech companies, and as a mentor at NYU’s Endless Frontier Labs. 

Dr. Sagman is a psychiatrist, clinical researcher and published author with extensive clinical experience focused on mood & anxiety disorders and ADHD in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He has practiced at leading community and academic institutions including the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, University Health Network, and Michael Garron Hospital in Toronto. He holds a B.A. from McGill University, an M.D. from the University of Calgary, and completed his psychiatry residency at the University of Toronto.
