Andrew Lam, Ph.D.

Dr. Andrew Lam serves as Neumora’s Senior Vice President of Technical Operations and Development, leading  CMC development and technical operations to advance our programs. Mr. Lam brings more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and has a strong track record in process development, scale-up, and global regulatory strategy. He has led cross-functional scientific initiatives to ensure the quality, compliance, and timely delivery of investigational drug products, and has contributed to the commercialization of five drug products and numerous INDs, NDAs, and international filings. Prior to Neumora, Mr. Lam held senior leadership roles at Tranquis Therapeutics, Espero Biopharma, Altheos, and Johnson & Johnson/ALZA, where he advanced multiple programs across clinical development and commercialization. Mr. Lam holds a B.S in Chemical Engineering  and is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of California, Davis.
